For Municipalities & Local Governments

Beyond Pledges —
Every Kilogram Documented,
Every Report Audit-Ready.

GreenAiriva gives municipalities street-deployable, grid-independent infrastructure that actively captures N₂O and particulate matter. Every kilogram is mass-measured, documented, and structured for third-party audit — not a modelled estimate.

The Municipal Challenge

Municipalities are accountable for their city's cumulative emission footprint — not just their own buildings, but the entire urban area.

Passive Methods Can't Reach Street-Level Emissions

Fleet electrification, solar installations, and reforestation require high upfront investment and cannot directly intervene in uncontrolled street-level emissions — particularly the ~35% share attributable to road transport. These approaches remain passive. GreenAiriva captures actively, at the source, where the pollution actually occurs.

Pledges Are No Longer Enough — Proof Is Required

Net Zero 2053 and municipal Climate Action Plans now demand measurable, documented reduction — not procurement changes or letters of intent. Citizens, councils, and TSRS-ESG auditors accept verifiable outcomes, not modelled estimates. Offset certificates no longer satisfy street-level accountability requirements.

Deployment Without Civil Works or Permits

Grid-dependent solutions require construction permits, groundwork, and infrastructure connections before a single unit can operate. GreenAiriva is solar-powered and fully grid-independent — it integrates into existing streetscapes like public furniture, with no procedural burden and no disruption to the urban environment.

Security and Durability in Public Spaces

Value-bearing components are internally mounted and cannot be removed without damaging the enclosure — a design that deters theft and vandalism. Units are positioned at high-pollution nodes where municipal security presence already exists (intersections, facility yards, park entrances) — maximising both capture impact and operational safety.

Regulatory Fit

GreenAiriva MRV data feeds directly into the frameworks your municipality already reports against.

National Target

Net Zero 2053

Each deployed unit generates documented, verifiable reduction data structured for alignment with national inventory methodology — contributing measurably to Turkey's 2053 climate target at street level.

Documented · Verifiable · National inventory aligned
Mandatory Reporting

TSRS-ESG

Audit-ready, mass-based MRV data outputs for Scope 3 emission reduction disclosure under mandatory Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards. No re-formatting required — data integrates directly into disclosure workflows.

Audit-ready · Scope 3 · Direct integration
Municipal Plan

Climate Action Plan (CAP)

Municipal Climate Action Plans require measurable, street-level reduction. GreenAiriva outputs provide unit-level, location-specific attribution that can be linked directly to plan targets as auditable evidence.

Measurable · Location-specific · Plan target aligned
UN Goals

UN SDGs 3 · 11 · 13

Air quality improvement aligns with SDG 3 (Good Health), urban-integrated deployment with SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities), and documented emission reduction with SDG 13 (Climate Action) — all from a single unit.

Municipal Questions

What procurement, legal, and sustainability teams typically ask before initiating a PoC.

There is no fixed formula — placement requires site-specific analysis. The starting point is identifying high-pollution nodes in your city: high-traffic intersections, facility perimeters, park entrances, and areas where air corridors converge. Requirements vary by district; sunlight availability, shading elements, wind patterns, and local emission data are assessed in the siting analysis. GreenAiriva's solar-powered design deploys anywhere sunlight reaches — with no grid or infrastructure constraint. During PoC scoping, we conduct a joint siting analysis to identify the highest-impact locations for your context.

Value-bearing components are internally mounted and cannot be removed without damaging the enclosure — a structural design that deters theft and vandalism. Additionally, units are preferentially sited at high-pollution nodes where municipal security is already present (intersections, facility yards, park entrances), ensuring both maximum capture impact and existing security coverage.

Municipalities are subject to Turkey's Public Procurement Law No. 4734. As no direct domestic equivalent exists, procurement can proceed under Article 22/a (Direct Procurement / Single-Source) or under R&D and technological product exemptions. The process begins with a field PoC; GreenAiriva supports technical specification preparation with the required documentation throughout.

Target conformities for this class of outdoor system include: CE marking; ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management); electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility (LVD/EMC); outdoor protection rating (IP class); and third-party audit readiness for MRV data. Current status, transparently: system design complete (TRL 3→4), prototype targeted for 2026, certification process planned for 2027.

Yes. MRV outputs are structured for direct integration with TSRS-ESG disclosures, municipal Climate Action Plans, and UN SDG reporting. The methodology is designed for third-party audit from the outset — no black boxes, no proprietary conversion formulas that obscure the data chain.

No direct domestic equivalent exists in Turkey. Global alternatives by category: centralised industrial DAC facilities (almost exclusively CO₂-focused, energy-intensive, located outside cities); biological or grid-dependent urban air solutions (high operational cost); conventional municipal approaches (fleet electrification, large solar). GreenAiriva's differentiation: focus on high-GWP gases (N₂O and F-gases), energy-positive and grid-independent operation, street-level deployment, mass-based verifiable MRV, and multi-functional use capability.
