Trust & Compliance

Built for Institutional Due Diligence.

GreenAiriva is designed to withstand the scrutiny of procurement teams, ESG auditors, legal counsel, and public institution review boards. This page is for the people who need to verify, not just understand.

Data & Security

What We Collect, What We Don't, and Who Controls It.

GreenAiriva units collect environmental measurement data — atmospheric conditions and reduction metrics. No personal data is collected in unit operation. All operational data belongs to the deployment partner.

Data processing agreements are provided as part of every PoC contract. KVKK and GDPR alignment documentation is available for institutional review during procurement evaluation.

Collected
  • Atmospheric measurement readings
  • Unit performance metrics
  • Location-tagged reduction data
  • Operational status logs
Not Collected
  • No personal or biometric data
  • No surveillance or imaging
  • No user tracking
  • No third-party data sharing without consent
Data Ownership

All operational and MRV data generated by a deployed unit is owned by the deployment partner — not GreenAiriva. Data processing agreements formalise this before deployment begins.

Due Diligence Questions

What procurement, legal, and ESG teams typically ask before initiating a PoC.

Yes. Full methodology documentation is provided to institutional partners under NDA during PoC evaluation. It is designed specifically to allow third-party audit — there are no proprietary black boxes in the measurement chain.

The deployment partner — not GreenAiriva. This is formalised in the data processing agreement provided before deployment begins. GreenAiriva does not retain, share, or use partner operational data for any purpose beyond agreed reporting.

We report what we measure — not what we projected. If field performance differs from laboratory validation results, the actual data is reported in full. The PoC agreement defines the reporting obligations and partner rights in this scenario.

We provide a technical briefing deck, MRV methodology document (under NDA), company background documentation, and a draft PoC scope for procurement committee review. All documentation is available before any financial commitment.

Yes. Units collect no personal data. Operational data processing is covered by a KVKK and GDPR-aligned data processing agreement provided as part of the PoC contract. Documentation available on request.
