Trust & Compliance
GreenAiriva is designed to withstand the scrutiny of procurement teams, ESG auditors, legal counsel, and public institution review boards. This page is for the people who need to verify, not just understand.
Where GreenAiriva stands today — and what comes as the product advances through TRL stages.

Regulatory & ESG Alignment
Documented reduction contribution attributable to specific deployment locations — structured for national inventory alignment.
Mass-based, location-specific reduction data compatible with Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism declaration requirements for industrial exporters.
Auditable, attributable data outputs for Scope 3 emission reduction disclosure under mandatory Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards.
Active emission reduction aligned with European decarbonisation objectives — relevant for exporters, municipal bidders, and corporate sustainability reporting to EU counterparts.
Data & Security
GreenAiriva units collect environmental measurement data — atmospheric conditions and reduction metrics. No personal data is collected in unit operation. All operational data belongs to the deployment partner.
Data processing agreements are provided as part of every PoC contract. KVKK and GDPR alignment documentation is available for institutional review during procurement evaluation.
All operational and MRV data generated by a deployed unit is owned by the deployment partner — not GreenAiriva. Data processing agreements formalise this before deployment begins.
Active early-stage engagements — partner names disclosed under NDA during procurement review.
